After discovering his natural talent for stand up comedy in a gong show on a cruise ship, Jonny Winter entered the world of stand up comedy in 2016 and hasn’t looked back.

A hard hitting comedian with razor sharp wit and quick come backs, Jonny’s style of comedy is observational, yet interactive.

An accomplished performer, Jonny is as much at home as a comedy MC as he is delivering a solo performance, that leaves audiences laughing out loud.

Having performed at comedy festivals around Australia, and internationally, Jonny knows what makes an audience laugh, and wanting to come back for more.

In 2019, Jonny launched Candy Comedy which is one of Australia’s premier providers of stand up comedy, with one of Candy Comedy’s shows recently voted “The Gold Coast’s Best New Live Show.”
